It's not "the company wants to create more diversity" cause they are so nice, it's that the company have a big lack of creativity and knows that diversity is the cheaper and the best solution for them. "We are doing OK in the diversity"? Na, not really 04:52 specially at 09:23. 05:02 I N-E-V-E-R saw a black or brown women hire as a creative (concept artist, animation etc...), same with transgender, handicaped, foreigner... You forgot to mention that women are present only as a pretty assistant in the admninistration/buisness area and nothing else. It's so boring to make us believe otherwise. If you are a girl and you want to work in this industry, be aware that you have a huge wall in front of you, and if you climb it, you'll find an other one and so on and if you are non white multiply the difficulty by ten at least (in usa or europe). 15:31 fucking liar. 15:44 women and non white are not talented enough I guess? 18:53 yes, it's a problem. 19:05 the problem is never racism or misogyny it's you, you are not good enough, very funny. Deviantart, artstation, youtube are full of divers talented people, even on tumblr, instagram or pinterest. Nothing has been said about discrimination, why? Taboo is the base of the problem, you can't resolve the problem if you don't talk about it. Personally I'm never gonna work with a company where non white women, transgender, foreigner or handicaped are not welcome, just my opinion, my choice.

Diversity is great. I am all for it, but I think the elephant in the room is bullying, and harassment in the workforce. A company not willing to acknowledge abuse in the work place is worse than anything. There is a bigger issue at hand.
